How to Exchange
Request for exchange must be raised within 30 days of product delivery. Product must be unused and unworn and returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.
How to Return
Product must be returned to us within 14 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer. Returns can be raised within 14 days, with a nominal fee of just Rs. 20 per request.. Product must be unused and unworn and returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.
Non-returnable categories : Swaddles, Terraqueen, Nursing Covers, Deal of the Day products
Note : Return of an already exchanged product will not be accepted.
