1. What is the difference between maternity innerwear and regular innerwear ?

Maternity innerwear is built to specially support your growing body over several months of pregnancy and postpartum. Unlike regular innerwear, maternity innerwear gives extra stretchability to accommodate growing belly, wider hips and ever changing and extremely sensitive bust size. It also comes with additional maternity features like nursing access, broad underbust bands to avoid rolls and digging and extra absorbent layers in crotch to handle discharge and urine leakage for new moms.

2. How early in pregnancy should I start wearing maternity innerwear?

The moment you find out about your pregnancy, be prepared to accept your body changes- how rapid or slow the shift is depends from body to body. So the best would be to make this shift the moment you start feeling uncomfortable or tight (mostly during early first trimester), also because your nipples might start feeling tender and sore very early and giving them the right early support will make your experience better.

3. Are HOZ maternity innerwear options suitable for Indian weather conditions?

Yes, HOZ maternity innerwear is made for Indian weather light, breathable, and cool even in peak summer weather. The fabrics are thin and super absorbent with anti-microbial properties , keeping hygiene parameters in control in heat and humidity.

4. What is maternity innerwear, and why do I need it during pregnancy?

Maternity innerwear is specially designed to accommodate your changing body during pregnancy and postpartum. Unlike regular underwear, it offers enhanced support, breathability, and flexibility. House of Zelena’s maternity underwear is crafted from soft Lenzing™ modal fabric, ensuring all-day comfort, superior absorbency, and a no-dig waistband for extra ease.

5. How is maternity underwear different from regular underwear?

Maternity underwear provides extra stretch, full hip coverage, and a soft, non-restrictive waistband that adapts to your growing belly. Additionally, our pregnancy panties feature a 3X-layer crotch with an antibacterial bamboo cotton layer for enhanced absorbency—something regular underwear lacks. These thoughtful features make them ideal for both pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

6. Are maternity panties suitable for postpartum recovery?

Yes! Our maternity panties are designed with C-section and episiotomy recovery in mind. They feature an ultra-soft, broad waistband that won’t dig into your incision and offer extra coverage and moisture-wicking properties to help with postpartum healing. The bamboo cotton crotch layer also ensures high absorbency and antibacterial protection.

7. How do I choose the right maternity innerwear size?

For the best fit, follow these tips: ✔ Choose your pre-pregnancy size if you're in the early stages of pregnancy. ✔ Opt for a size up if you’re in the third trimester or postpartum for extra comfort. ✔ Our maternity panties and bras are made with four-way stretch fabric, so they naturally adapt to your growing curves without feeling tight. Refer to our size guide before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit!

8. How do I take care of my maternity innerwear?

To keep your maternity innerwear in top condition: ✔ Wash in cold water with a mild detergent. ✔ Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals. ✔ Air dry or tumble dry on low to maintain fabric softness. ✔ Do not iron or wring out the fabric to preserve elasticity. By following these care tips, your pregnancy underwear and bras will stay fresh, soft, and supportive throughout your motherhood journey!

Designed for Real Bodies, Real Mamma Moments

At House of Zelena, we’ve surveyed over 3000 Indian moms to understand how pregnancy truly transforms the body. Coupled with years of research, we mapped it all to build a range of feeding bra and maternity panties that easily adapts to bust expansion, belly growth, rib-cage opening, postpartum recovery, skin sensitivity- each unique to every motherhood journey. Something that your regular innerwear cannot achieve.

Make the switch because you are not just investing in any pregnancy innerwear; but pieces that adapt with every curve, every phase.

Why Moms Pick Us

1. Maternity & Feeding Bras

Designed for every stage of motherhood, our maternity innerwear moves with your body through growing busts, leaky days, and midnight feeding sessions. Stretchable cups adapt naturally to size changes while a broad underbust band keeps everything comfortable and supported. No poking underwires, no itchy seams. Easy pull-and-feed access makes nursing effortless for new moms, and invisible shoulder elasticity ensures a smooth, seamless look under any outfit.

2. Pregnancy & Postpartum Panties

Comfort is everything when your body is changing daily. These panties skip the tight elastic bands that ride or roll up, offering a seamless stitch that simply stays in place. Unique under-bump styles support early pregnancy comfort, while 100% breathable, anti-odor, rash-free fabric keeps you feeling fresh all day. Ultra-soft stretch moves with your body, not against it.

3. Disposable Panties for Hospital & Postpartum

Thoughtfully crafted for recovery days, so you can focus on healing, not adjusting. Hygienic, highly breathable, and completely skin-friendly, these panties are designed to manage postpartum bleeding and discharge with ease. They stay close-fitted without any tight elastic, making them ideal for your hospital bag, C-section recovery, or travel during heavy flow days. Available in multiple sizes for the right fit every time.

4. Maternity Underwear Sets

Style does not have to take a back seat during pregnancy. These maternity bra and panty combos bring together coordinated designs and super soft fabric in one thoughtful set. Available in ribbed, modal, and cotton-rich blends, they are perfect for gifting or building your maternity wardrobe.
